Bragg Road Ghost Light Spotted In Broad Daylight

“I worked for the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office for 16 1/2 years and I spent about five years of it managing an inmate crew. We travel to Bragg Road on a cleanup run around 2:30 in the afternoon one day and we saw the light. I never dreamed I would see it in broad daylight but it was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen.

It was bright white and shot from one tree line to the next leaving a tail like a comet behind it. Then came about the road, made an archway and went back into the road resembling a doorway. And then shot from one side of the woods to the other in a figure 8 pattern horizontally.

I and all six inmates with me saw it and we were amazed. I would attribute its actions as that of ball lightning, however, it seems to have more intelligence than just flying around erratically. It would make beautiful symmetric lines and shapes as it flew around. I grew up hearing about the lights at Bragg Road but never dreamed that I would see it at 2:30 in the afternoon.
