Crying Baby Ghost On Sara Jane Road

If you’re from Port Neches, Texas then you’re definitely familiar with the legend of Sarah Jane Road.  Check out Ryan’s story.

“When I was in high school back in the late 80`s. I and a few friends were driving down Sara Jane Road when we came upon the bridge.  My friend’s dad told him if we stopped on the bridge and honked 3 times we would hear a baby cry.  Several of us got out of the truck and stood on the bridge. My friend honked once then twice then we heard a very loud baby crying.  Needless to say, my friend took off and left us standing on the bridge.

We ran down the road and he was stopped about 1/4 of a mile down the road. I have traveled the road several times since then and even hunted on the road and have never heard the baby again, but it was real.  I will never forget the night we heard the baby cry.” – Ryan Dews
